It is a rechargeable electronic card with passes and zapping for frequent use of transport in the Lisbon region. It is a personalized card, to be used only by the holder. Ideal for those who use monthly passes (30 sliding days, fixed month or other type of pass / subscription) and are frequent users of public transport. It allows you to load up to 4 different tickets on a single card, either passes and / or zapping.

The sub23 pass is intended for students of higher education up to the age of 23, inclusive, and for students of higher education enrolled in the courses of Medicine and Architecture, up to the age of 24.

The pass ticket «sub23@superior.tp» will have 25% discount for students of Higher Education. The following discounts on the price of the current monthly passes, namely intermodal, combined and network or line passes.

To have access to those discounts, it is necessary:

Obtain from the educational establishment a Registration Declaration sub23, which proves the student's enrollment, as well as whether or not he or she is a beneficiary of Direct Social Action in Higher Education.

Deliver these documents to the transport company to issue the sub23 pass card. The card is valid for a maximum period of 4 years, until the end of the month in which the student turns 24 or 25 in the case of higher education students enrolled in Medicine and Architecture courses.

At the beginning of each school year, it is necessary to submit a new declaration from the educational institution to the transport operator in order to be entitled to the reductions provided by the sub23 pass again.
